The ACRD weighs 18 ounces with all of the parts attached. To keep it secure I put 3M Healthcare tape (tan foam tape) on to the stem of the device with sticky side out. I use foam tape for this because it gives a little so fs isn't pinched by the weight, making it more comfortable so I can wear it longer. The added advantage of this tape is that it is somewhat water proof. Make sure to get some up on to the glans cup.

I stretch my inner FS on to the tape leaving the frenulum on the glans cup, not pulling it onto the stem. I then roll back some of the fs until it gets thin and I can see pink inner fs. Doing this puts the bulk of the weight on top, inner fs.

I then put the outer tape on. One of the problems with devices that you can urinate through is controling leakage and drops of urine leaking on to clothes. I went to the hardware store a got a rubber cork for the end.

I was impressed with early performance. The device is obviously bulky, so in my case not suited to wearing at the office. I will put this on as early as I can in the morning, change to a different device and sometimes put it on I get home from the office. I was blown away with what I saw when I took the device off after wearing it off and on for a few days. Typically my fs slides back to where it is going be for the rest of the day within 5-10 minutes. When I take off the ACRD it stays forward as pictured for at least 30 minutes. I am not sure how long because I left for the office about 30 minutes after taking the device off the day I took these photo's. When I went pee about 3 hours later, while not as forward as in this photo it was definitley more forward than I expected. At some point during the day FS retreated more but II have never seen such a stretch in one day.

I do not expect over night results of course but feel that this is going to short the time need to complete my restoration.
